Overview:

Jennifer Tuley and Jamie Tung are two pastry chefs, dessert lovers and storytellers who dance between the lines of travel and the kitchen which are both beautiful and busy. In between, they’ve learned the value of reflection, slowing down and recharging from the pace of kitchen life.

This dessert tasting experience is born from that pause. The theme "Oh, the Places You’ll Go!" by Dr. Seuss is an inspiration derived from the idea of telling stories of travel, changes and hardships through desserts from different countries they’ve gone.

What to expect:

A long table, intimate dining experience featuring a six course dessert tasting menu designed around storytelling, memories, and inspiration starting with a savoury canapé by Torafuku
