CHA YAM — Thai Milk Tea × Sweet Yam

A Thai-inspired dessert combining the fragrant, rich flavours of Thai milk tea with the earthy, natural sweetness of roasted sweet yam. Inspired by Thailand’s iconic iced milk tea, Cha Yen, the name Cha Yam is a playful twist that brings these two flavours together.

Soft Thai tea sponge and silky Thai tea ganache highlight the tea’s distinctive aroma, while baked sweet yam purée and tender yam cubes add a comforting sweetness and creamy texture. Crispy almond tuile and delicate meringue provide a light crunch, finished with roasted sweet yam chips shaped like autumn maple leaves.
